The short version
Spool helps you plan spending. It is a planning aid, not financial, tax or investment advice. Your data is yours. Please use the app fairly and keep your own backups.
Using Spool
You may use Spool if you are 18 or over and the law lets you enter this agreement. Use it for your own money planning. Do not misuse, copy or attack the service.
Not advice
Forecasts and "safe to spend" are estimates from what you enter. They are not financial, tax or investment advice, and we are not a bank or a licensed adviser. Check important decisions yourself.
Your data
What you enter is yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the service as described in the Privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Your device and backups
Without signing in, data lives only on your device and can be lost if you clear browser data or lose the phone. Export a backup from Settings.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or not being able to.
Ending
You can stop any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
